It was a pity not to have known the bar or restaurant of the roof garden, because nobody told us that it existed, it is fabulous, it has incredible views of Venice, nobody can miss it and we discovered it the last day. people with the suitcases could have recommended it, you only go after the tip at the moment of arrival and departure, rest is careless. I think that the staff would do well to take a course of commitment and loyalty to the hotel, although the concierge Federico was very good and attentive. Lack of promotion by the reception staff. They look tired and uncommunicative. breakfast is mediocre, they could improve it a lot. However, it is a hotel that I would recommend without a doubt. It is super located, few meters from the Plaza San Marcos. It lacks supervision of cleaning the bathrooms on the ground floor because when we arrived, I wanted to go to the bathroom next to the restaurant and toilet was filthy, I had to go to the reception to ask someone to please clean it. I think it is only a matter of cleaning the common areas and elevators, as the rooms were impeccable. Outside of this it is a super hotel that anyone who arrives will not regret having met him.

The breakfast is not bad, but it does not go according to the mission of the Hotel, hopefully they improve it.

The soundproofing is sorely lacking, leading to disturbances from the street!!! It would be nice if they would invest in clearer directional signage throughout the hotel. A bit of attention to general maintenance is needed!!!

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is spotless and luxurious in the mattress. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant! It has stunning and fab location for visiting a cathedral church.

Beautiful central location, sound insulation, neat guests, roof terrace, sense of style and allure. Above all, I liked the upgrade. Due to crowds we got a very nice upgrade. Very spacious room, suite etc. really excellent. Staff is neat, courteous and friendly and attentive. Fine!

The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing, yet the room felt quite cramped.

Thank you all for the enjoyable stay for one night. The hotel is reasonably clean and nestled in an elegant style building with a stunning and unbeatable location. The rooms are bright and romantic with comfy beds and smoke detectors. The roof top bar makes the carbonated drinks;)))

Good central hotel large comfortable room and excellent breakfast all you need for a relaxing before and after sightseeing , helpful staff , best hotel coffee ever !

not to easy to be found the first time despite good location, you gotta ask several people before you can actually get to it. 2nd expensive out of the 8 hotels i stayed in the italy/france trip.
